How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

You may initiate a return or exchange by phone by calling us at 773-927-6066.

Extended Holiday Returns & Exchanges:

As a courtesy during the busy holiday season, we have extended our usual 30-day limit on returns and exchanges. Purchases made between November 1, 2016 and January 1, 2017 may be returned or exchanged through February 1, 2017. All other standard return policy conditions apply; see below for details.

1. Initiate Your Return

Get an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) by calling our Chicago store number 773-927-6066. One our customer service representatives will be ready to assist you.

2. Pack Your Item properly
Place your item back into the original manufacturer's packaging. Then place it and your invoice into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won't get damaged.

3. Ship Your Item with Return Label

Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. we recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Easy 30-Day Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Malelo and Company within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Malelo and Company reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Malelo and Company can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Nonreturnable Items

  • Unwrapped consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Limited Liability

Malelo and Company is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Malelo and Company is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.


I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
