For Chicago area customers stock items will ship via a Malelo delivery truck the next business day. Same day delivery (in the Chicago area) and Next Day UPS service is also available.

Malelo will refund in full any "stock item" purchased if returned within 30 days in the original packaging due to manufacturer defects. Malelo will credit in full any "stock items" purchased if returned within 30 days in the original packaging. All "special order" non stock items will be subject to a manufacturers restocking charge (usually 10-20%.) and be issued a credit from Malelo.
