Preferred Customer Program

Malelo & Company rewards its most valuable customers with additional rebates and premiums for relying on Malelo for all their film, tape, data storage and AV supply needs. Through the Preferred Customer Program, Malelo & Company offers its customers an additional 1.5% credit, or promotional items for 1% of all supply items purchased every six months. In order to qualify for this program, customers must purchase a minimum of $25,000 in film, tape, data storage and AV supplies from Malelo within a six month period.

Malelo & Company has initiated this program in order to reward its loyal, large volume customers and to enhance our customers awareness of the variety of film, tape, data storage and AV products we offer. Every supply item we carry, wheter it is Energizer batteries, Sony HDCAM tapes, Maxell DLT IV cartridges, Panasonic TV's or Print Factory CD/DVD printers is covered under this exciting new program!

In addition Malelo & Company is offering its preferred customers the option to choose between a 1.5% credit or applying 1% of your total sales volume toward exciting promotional items or Visa Gift Cards. The 1.5% credits from Malelo can be used to purchase more of your Kodak films, Maxell 4mm Data Dats or any of the other photographic or AV products we carry. Promotional items include the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears and other sporting events, along with American Express Gift Checks and Visa Gift Cards.

Rebates for this program will be paid on a semi annual basis August 1st and February 1st after all outstanding invoices for the program period have been paid. Please note that special request bid pricing purchases are not covered under this program! Listed below is an example of how the programs rebate is returned:

Star Film and Video purchases from Malelo & Company:

Between 1/01/05- 06/30/05 $25,346.00 in film, tape, and data storage products: (At least $25,000 in supplies must be purchased before June 30th in order to qualify for the rebate at this time.)

On August 1st after all program purchases have been paid, Star has the option of receiving a $380.19 credit for free goods or $253.46 in premiums.

Between 07/01/05-12/31/05 they purchase $25,000 in film and tape.

On February 1st after all program purchases have been paid, Star has the option of receiving a $375.00 credit for free goods or $250.00 in premiums.
