My order was place via the internet on March 19, 2013 I called on April 4 to ask about it's status- after 10 minutes on hold, Mike came back and said he had to check with is florida rep- I said nevermind, just cancel the order- then on the 8th of April I get an email saying it's shipped- and no tracking numbers-- today is the 11tha and still no sign of my order. I have a regular supplier in Florida--looks like I will be keeping them as my supplier---not a very good way to keep my business--- I would expect to hear something from you!
