I needed DVDs to finish a project and for up coming projects, I thought I had ordered DVDs and they arrived within a couple of days which was awsome but that is when I realized I had ordered the wrong stuff. So I called to ask if I could send them back and get a refund, because I needed the DVDs in a hurry I had ordered them from Amazon which promised them with in days. They cost me more but needed them quick. You folks were so kind and said I could send the CDs back and as soon as you received them you would refund my money. I call that good service.

This is not my first purchase here and they are consistently exemplary to work with.
Selections are excellent, and prices very good. The shopping cart is efficient and easy to breeze through.
I thought I'd ordered DVDs but I had ordered CDs
