I ordered 200 white 8x10 photo folders and 400 4x6 white photo folders. Maria said that the white 4x6 folders were not in stock, so I asked about the black 4x6 and was told they were in stock. I accepted black folders as the substitution and requested black 8x10 folders to match the 4x6 color.

I did not receive the 400 4x6 folders. When I opened the box, there were only the 200 8x10 folders. I contacted customer service and had this order (22875) overnighted. I quickly ran out of the 100 that was sent. I had no 4x6 folders to provide the majority of my customers this year and several were disappointed.

After Maria confirmed that you had the 4x6 black folders in stock on 4/16, I received a shipping confirmation for the 400 folders. However, the person on the phone on 5/7 said that they were out of stock and removed from my order. No one contacted me to inform me of this. Worse, I had to pay more than the cost of the folders in overnight shipping for the order placed on 5/7.
